Dr. Spiro G. Voglis attended the Graduate School of Economics and Business Studies in Athens and is the holder of an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Ph.D in Applied Management & Decision Sciences from Walden University in Minneapolis.

He has been a Group Sales & Marketing Manager, Administrator and Plant Manager of 3M HELLAS in Athens. He was promoted to Product Manager Europe for Industrial Products in the European Head Office of 3M EUROPE. Two years later he was appointed Managing Director of 3M MIDDLE EAST in charge of all 3M operations in 17 countries of the Middle East and North Africa. He completed his career with 3M as International Director in the World Headquarters of 3M Company in St.Paul, Minnesota.

From 1994 to 1998 he was the President & CEO of IMAGE SENSING SYSTEMS Inc. a high-tech company located in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1995 after a successful initial public offering (IPO) he took the company public in the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

After his relocation back to Athens in 1999 he established Voglis & Associates.

He is fluent in Greek, English, French, Italian and an active member of 6 European and American Associations in the fields of Business Administration and Strategic Management.
