The denomination is derived from the initials of the words Diagnosis, Therapy, Recovery. We have chosen this name to correlate the enterprise to the human organism cognizant of the desire of all entrepreneurs for the good health and long term viability of their organizations.

When we don’t feel well we visit with our physician. He will ask us for the symptoms, he will make his diagnosis, he will recommend a therapy and he will monitor our convalescence. This is exactly the process Voglis & Associates implements through the DTR® method.

Through careful analysis we identify the challenges of the business (Diagnosis) we recommend the best available solutions (Therapy) and we monitor carefully the progress of the enterprise (Recovery)

The duration of the program depends on the size of the company (number of employees, product range and markets served) and the time allocated by the key executives for the successful application of the strategic management systems. Under normal circumstances the stage of Diagnosis will require 3-4 months and almost all the tasks are undertaken by the experts at Voglis & Associates. The results of Diagnosis are presented to the client in the form of a written report together with the proposed solutions.

The implementation of the Therapy which includes the proposed solutions is optional. At this stage the duration depends on the findings of the Diagnosis. In this process the key executives will be trained and asked to implement the proposed measures under the close guidance and supervision of Voglis & Associates.

The Recovery is the last step of the DTR® method and the key role of
Voglis & Associates is to monitor the progress of the enterprise. The extent of the cooperation depends entirely on the management of the enterprise and how long they deem the presence of the consultant necessary. In many cases Voglis & Associates is asked to sit on the Board of Directors of the corporation.
